Referral Program Details

Q.  How Do I Sign Up for the Referral Reward?
A.  When the referred customer calls in their order to 1-888-589-5650 they are required at the time of the order, to inform the service agent that they are a referred customer and that they were referred by you.  The HughesNet service agent will then note the referral in your current HughesNet account.

Q.  How does the Referral Program work?
A.  When a telephone order is placed noting you as the referrer the service agent notes the referral on you current Great American/HughesNet account.  After the referred customer has been active for 30 calendar days – you – as the referring customer simply calls 1-888-589-5650 to confirm the active status of the new customer.  Once confirmation has been established past 30 days you will be sent your Referral Reward.  You will be paid 14-30 days after your referral completes their 1st month of service.  Your Referral Reward(s) are paid via check made payable to the account name listed and mail to the account address on file

Q.  Can I refer family members and friends?
A.  Yes, you can refer anyone, excluding yourself. All orders to follow will receive a Referral Reward.

Q.  Is there a limit to the number of Referral Bonuses I can earn?
A.  No, there are no restrictions on the number of Referral Rewards you can earn. The more you refer, the more money you make.
